Lepide is looking for dynamic Technical Support Engineers to join our team in Noida. An ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to analyze customer needs and configure the solution accordingly.
Person must be Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in Support/ Service
Candidates with IT Software background will be preferred.
Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively
Excellent written communication
Good understanding of Windows server (2000/2003/2008/2012), Windows Server concepts,
Knowledge on Active directory
Share point server
Good knowledge on Exchange servers, Office 365.
Work independently on target customer accounts in the region & marketing generated leads.
Own Customer Relations during the entire Life Cycle of the Client.
Monitor software usage and performance.
Proactively call customers to understand their experience with the software, resolve any customer queries.
Foster and create a Win-Win relationship with new and existing customers.
Ensure a smooth transition and positive user experience
Help with and coordinate with customers with respect to renewals and payments.
Responsible for handling International Markets in terms of lead generation, market research and would also be responsible for coordination and planning
Adhere to, and contribute to the development of support processes, procedures and standards.
Able to give technical support whenever required related to our products.
Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 3,75,000 P.A
