Job Profile



We are looking for Technical Support Engineers for our 'IT Helpdesk team'. Candidate should be Any Graduate with 6 months - 1+ Years rexperience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, Networking, Email/ IT Support

Should have excellent communication in English (Verbal and written)
Multitasking Skills , Attention to details
Handling email support requests & Queries
Handling India and International Clients

Follow-up with Cross-Functional teams to solve customer queries
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests and tasks simultaneously.
Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shift operations.
Knowledge and awareness in working on any support ticketing tools
Knowledge and awareness in working on any phone call management system

Knowledge and awareness in Incident management process and ITIL framework
Knowledge and awareness in Server hardware, Network switching and routing, Operating system (Wintel or Unix)
IT support or IT Helpdesk background will be added avandage
