Adweb also designs and implements PKI based workflows and our diversification plans include expansion into the managed security service offerings, niche certification services and end to end e-commerce services.
Candidate should have completed a Computer Science or IT-related degree with 2 to 4 years experience in Technical Support and Customer Service. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be comfortable using a command line Excellent problem solving and call resolution skills Should have excellent written communication (type 50+ WPM) You can conduct online research
Responding to phones, chats and emails Confirm authority and authenticity of SSL certificate requests Answer broad range of customer inquiries Support SSL installation, server specific errors and DNS configuration across multiple server platforms
Follow-up with existing customers via phone and email Report proprietary system inconsistencies (bugs) Provide world-class, industry-leading customer service and support to all customers.
