Candidate should be Any Graduate with good communication Skills, Speaking and writting skills. Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand. Manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers on call status
Handle international customers UK, US and EMEA region Must be Ready to work in any environment I.e., 24*7
