Techyogi IT Solutions Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, smart individual who has good written and verbal communication skills and is willing to work in United Kingdom shift hours. Work involves communicating with customers and providing in house- support for issues related hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Person should be Any Gradaute / Freshers with good communication skill in English. Must have high level verbal and written communication with customers and vendors over calls. The Candidate must be willing to work in United Kingdom Shift (1:00 PM to 10:00 pm)
Previous BPO experience would be added advantage Should have excellent communication skills Salary: INR 1,75,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
Calls involved in identifying the problem and troubleshooting. Providing technical support to end-users via remote support Supporting Software related issues. Providing call-back support to customers on their need.
