Job Profile



Candidate should have good knowledge of hardware/software & PC support experience (Mobile device, Android, e-Commerce,
Consumer Electronics, Wireless Networking, Electronics Repair, Software/ OS Troubleshooting etc.). Should have Minimum 12 to 36 months of customer service experience in an international process is a must

Openness to work flexible hours as required, including night shifts and holidays
Excellent customer service skills, as previously demonstrated
Ability to demonstrate customer empathy, excellent customer diplomacy skills, and problem ownership - go above
and beyond to provide support

Graduates & Undergraduates (10+2) in ay discipline are eligible; must have all original mark sheets & pass certificate
Excellent verbal, Written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
Experience working in a B2C environment preferred

Job Profile:
Primary responsibility is to support premium customers over email/chat/social media on their subscribed products/services

Key Responsibilities / Activities:

Provide technical support & customer service to customers through Email and Chat requests
Independently identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and replicate customer problems
Process warranty and replacement requests for products.
Communicate bug fixes and new product enhancements to customers
Report enhancement requests received from customer regarding hardware or application.
