Immediate Openings for Service Desk Management Profile for Mumbai Location. If selected you will be working as a permanent employee for Trigent Software Ltd and deployed to work at our client location in (Mumbai) on contractual basis.
Candidate must to have :
Service Desk experience with Excellent Communication Skills. Must have worked on ticketing tool such as remedy, solarwinds etc Should have basic knowledge on outlook, Windows, Network.

Should have worked as Service Desk Must have knowledge on Windows and Remote Support Experience : 3 Months to 4 Years experience required Must be ready to work in Vikhroli OR Airoli.
