Any Graduate or equivalent ( B.E/ B. Tech)
Typically requires 10+2+3/ 5 years regular college level education
Minimum 6 months of experience in Voice based Technical Support
Excellent English Communication Skills
Willing to work in Night Shift
Possession of professional certification within a technical field e.g: MCSE, CCNA etc. will be preferred
Resolving technical issues, Ability to liaison with all levels of I.T Personnel.
Provide L1 remote support for storage products via Phone, email, remote access. Perform Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) based activity.
Create incident & escalate to L2 team in case of problem
Coordinate with L2 team for closure
