Our core network design team drawn from various European countries has an in-depth hands-on knowledge of the Internet ecosystem around the world and helps our network become class-leading. Our operations team drawn from top Indian ISPs has overseen evolution of Broadband in India and has the effective know how and resources to roll out seamless networks across length and breadth of the country.
The new incumbent - Should be aware of various Internet uses (Skype, Internet Browsing, Facebook, Youtube) Should have: Computer skills (working with Computer, working with Windows, Work with Email) Fluency in Hindi & English language (written and verbal) Basic knowledge of how LAN networking works. Basic knowledge of TCP / IP
The incumbent should have experience in: Customer service Waiting tables Answering calls Freshers are also Welcome
Good communication skill (able to listen and to understand) Patience Positive attitude Readiness to learn new things. Politeness Honest Team player (able to work with team, not solo player) Empathy (able to put himself in customers shoes)
