Educational Qualification: Degree/ Diploma Holders/ Under Graduate with relevant work experience CCNA / CCNP certification will be an added advantage Shifts: Must be fine to work in rotational shifts.

Required Skill set:
Knowledge in Networking, Operating systems, Server Technology, Hardware storage & System Securities ,antivirus , Networking domain knowledge including TCP/ IP protocols Experience resolving system crashes and hardware related issues Understanding of Storage Hardware Architecture (Partitioning / RAID) Excellent knowledge of Operating Systems including (Windows 2012, 2008, Windows 8+ / Linux, UNIX) Good interpersonal communication skills and customer handling skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers in high stress and or ambiguous situations
