Required Skills :
Very Strong Hands-on experience Routing, Switching & Security with CCNP Certification
Should have working centralized monitoring/ management/ logging systems
Effective skills in documenting processes, procedures, architecture, and tools
Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment
Hands-on experience on Cisco devices.
Exposure to Global IT Systems Management/ Monitoring Tools/ Techniques
Must have Real time experience of handling a crisis scenario and should have worked with global ISPs.
Experience in handling international calls mandatory
Certification ITIL preferred
Job Responsibilities :
Handle calls & provide effective solutions
Monitor emails and respond to the customer with effective solutions
Problem Solving and Responding to Customer Need
Follow-up daily on all the open incidents
Escalating incidents according to SLAs
Follow SOPs and prepare new SOPs on need basis
