Educational Qualification- Any Graduate Experience Required- 1-2 Years
Primary Skills Required:
Candidate should have good Communication oral & written Marathi/ Tamil language Speaking is preferred Quick learner and Good team player Positive attitude
Accountable for keeping the service quality levels Should know basics of MS office(word, excel and PowerPoint) Must have good understanding of technical terms, interpreting the information and accordingly taking the right decision. Ability to build rapport with client and customers is of utmost importance.
Job Responsibility :
Candidate will be responsible for working on different platforms (i.e. SMS, Voice and Email). Will be Interacting with the client on email or phone for maintaining customer relationship and troubleshooting issues. Will be responsible in providing end to end closure of issues and taking care of customer satisfaction.
