Candidate should Any Graduate/ Undergraduate/ 12th Pass (Fresher) or with Minimum 1 Year experience on troubleshooting of Laptop/ Desktop/ Windows Technical Issues (Voice/ Remote). Should possess good communication skills. Should be comfortable with Remote Support/ Voice Process. Must have good knowledge on Internet troubleshooting. Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans. Need to Handle US & UK Technical Support Calls.
Should be comfortable with 24*7 shifts. Notice Period: Preferably Immediate, ASAP Mega Walk-in drive @ TLC ( Gurgaon Location)
Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router ,Email ,Facebook and Other Related Peripherals and Issues. Should be Comfortable with Rotational Night Shift +cabs +5 days working Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
