Candidate should be Any Graduate/ Undergraduate (Fresher) or with minimum 1 Year experience on troubleshooting of Laptop/Desktop/ Windows Technical Issues(Voice/ Remote). Should possess good communication skills. Must be comfortable with with Remote Support/ Voice Process on 24*7 shifts.
Must have good knowledge on Internet troubleshooting Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans Need to Handle US & UK Technical Support Calls
Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router ,Email ,Facebook and Other Related Peripherals and Issues Should be Comfortable with Rotational Night Shift +cabs +5 days working Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
