We are Looking for both Under Graduate/ Post Graduate (in any discipline). Candidate with prior Voice Process experience for minimum 12 months ONLY can apply Candidates with experience in Customer support / Technical Support can apply Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Must have networking (hands on) experience, especially troubleshooting routers and home networks Must be knowledgeable in Windows XP, Vista/7, 8 & 10 fundamentals, use and navigation Must be knowledgeable in iOS and Android, use and navigation Must be knowledgeable in Mac OS, use and navigation Handle inbound queries pertaining the technical issues Remotely resolving the technical issues
