Eligibility Criteria :
B.Tech, B.E., BCA & Any Graduate with experience into Semi-Technical Support Process can apply. Candidates with good communication skills required for domestic voice process respectively.
Job Responsibilities :
Domestic Process - Semi- Technical Voice Process: Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues related to electronic products and home appliances and provide solution for the same. Provide Support in inbound call center. Document & add new issues/ solutions to Knowledge Management Repository. Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers. Use of soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc. Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally
Salary Package: 1.68 LPA - 2.5 LPA Work Location: Gurgaon Shift window: Day window (6am-12pm), Night window (8pm 6am) ,(Any 9 Hours in between)
