Prefer 1 to 2 years of exp in Tier 1 knowledge level of network and telecom terminology, concepts, and requirements, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience with SonicWALL firewalls a plus. Familiarity with ISP internet connectivity and troubleshooting. Some knowledge of TCP\IP network configuration desired. Microsoft Products and additional technical knowledge of network environments and/or operating systems will be highly valued.
Should have 2 years experience supporting and troubleshooting Networks Knowledge of Network\Telecom terminology and concepts Familiarity with ISP internet connectivity and troubleshooting Some knowledge of TCP\IP network configuration desired Network configuration, installation and troubleshooting on SonicWALL firewalls desired
Able to handle a high volume of calls. Ability to handle multiple tasks(calls, chat, emails, CRM system) Excellent customer service skills. Troubleshooting, minimum of two years related experience Basic knowledge in networking, telecom, and peripheral devices Willingness to work in Night shifts
