Founded in 1998, with the name M/S Super Softwares, we set out with an objective to provide Small & Mid Business (SMB) to Enterprise Companies with quality IT Services & Solutions like: Infrastructure Management, Network Management, System Integration and Cloud Solutions. Since then we have renamed ourselves as Super Infomatics Private Limited and now supporting more than 900+ clients across Mumbai. We analyze and understand various needs of our clients, and help them procure the right product and legally compliant licensing options. We also undertake Software Asset Management (SAM), as well as Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) & FMS for our customers.
Candidate should be Any Technical Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to effectively communicate with technical / non-technical personnel including senior management.
Should have 5 to 8+ years of experience in Windows Server Operating Systems Must have strong troubleshooting skills in IBM Server with Windows Platform Hands on skills with Virtual Operating System Hyper -V or VMware Working knowledge Active Directory
Working knowledge of Backup software Veritas. how to monitor backup jobs, logs monitoring, schedule jobs etc. Should have 2 to 3 + years of experience in hardware Firewall SonicWALL, Cyberoam Should have troubleshooting skills in Cisco L3 level Switches Working and troubleshooting knowledge of VLANS
Setup and configuration knowledge of cisco WIFI manager and access points with guess level security. Complete knowledge of Office 365 E3 level plan with related product office share point , one drive, skype for business Strong trouble shooting skills with configuration in Antivirus Server client management Should be compatible with LTO tape Drive
Experience : 4 to 5 year Salary : INR 240000 to 400000 PA
