Candidate should be Any Graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Customer Service. Must have Language proficiency and good troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of basic parameters of quality for ensuring the consistency and accuracy of work products Possess excellent business writing skills for emails writing and reporting. Expertise with MS Ofice applications
Internal SLAs & Metrics: Ability to meet internal and client SLAs and Metrics. Continuous improvement: Quality of setting targets for continuous improvement for oneself.
