We are hiring for one of the CMM Level 5 Company & looking for who can join immediate to Max. 15 days notice period.

Brief project description: Internal Help Desk Analyst for Technology team (Voice Process only)
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / B.Tech
Work Experience: 1-5 Years
Job Location: Hyderabad

Primary Skills: High Communication Skills
Excellent Email writing & Good Interpersonal Skills
Secondary Skill: Technical Apptitude to troubleshoot computer for voice Process

Key Job/ Responsibilities:

Working Knowledge on SharePoint
Knowledge on Active Directory -
Working knowledge on Multi Factor Authentication
Need to work closely with the resolver groups(other support Teams) in driving issue to closure
