Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / B.Tech Primary Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Work Experience: 1 -5 Years
Must have rich experience in Technical Support Shift Timing: Rotational shifts
Secondary Skills: Technical Apptitude to troubleshoot Computer for Voice Process, Laptops, Outlook and Printers
Should have excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical skills. Easily grasp and communicate complex ideas. Voice Process experience Mandatory Excellent problem solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Office 2010, 2013 including Outlook. Knowledge of computer hardware and software. Knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. Knowledge of network and internet.
Job Responsibility: Internal Help Desk Analyst for Technology team (Voice Process only)
Provide hardware support for all desktop PCs, laptops, printers, VOIP telephones, and any other user peripheral devices Install and configure firm-standard images on desktop and laptops Provide after-hours emergency support on a rotational basis as outlined per ITS service level agreements
