We are seeking customer centric, technology savvy, and innovative individuals to join our team. This role is responsible for capturing client requirements, identifying technology solutions, configuring these client technology solutions, ensuring end-to-end quality and operational performance.
Client Data Conversion Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with Implementation and Deployment Project Managers, including clients to capture and understand client needs & requirements Review business and technical requirements and ensure the data integration meets all requirements. Understands the target GBT application and database structure to enable effective resolution of transformation errors. Ensure accuracy, integrity of data and applications through analysis, clear documentation & problem resolution
Provides periodic status updates to the Implementation team and the PM. Uses excellent communication and facilitation skills to advice and influence the project team and Clients Translate customer requirements into configurable solutions Capture client data and configure/ convert/ migrate data Test and validate the conversion to ensure successful completion Develop and execute robust end-to-end quality assurance test plans
