Candidate should have 2+ years experience in an IT / telecoms based fast moving technical support environment. 2+ years' knowledge & experience in IT technologies including OS (Windows, Linux) and MySQL. Any Bachelors Degree (Technical degree preferred).
An in depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers/employees are using.
Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
Good accurate records keeping.
Experience in providing voice based Technical Support is a key requirement.
Proficiency in the English (both written and verbal).
Excellent communication skills.
Provide timely resolution to our customers assist our Level 1 support team with product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills.
Report Issues or bugs to Product engineering / software engineering teams.
Conduct weekly Product - Business reviews.
Capture issues in our CRM (Zendesk), update progress on a regular basis and resolve issues of the customer.
Provide answers to technical questions, diagnose system problems and manage technical escalations.
Act as a customer advocate for technical queries until the issue is resolved.
