Accenture is hiring for Customer/ Technical Support Associate (Voice Process)
Qualification : Any Bachelor's Degree or 3 year Diploma Work Experience : Min 6 Months to Max 4 Years Job Location: Gurgaon
Candidate should have good experience in Customer / Technical Support with good CSAT Score. Should be able to solve the customer queries and troubleshoot. Must have excellent communication skills, with neutral accent.
Technologist to respond to the incidents/ issues reported by Customer predominantly through Voice Interaction. Should be flexible to work with rotational shifts. Cab facility both Home Pick up and Home Drop is available.
