Candidate should be Any Graduate with 1 to 4 years experience in Technical Support, Customer Service, Customer Retention, Customer Support, Product Support. Must have excellent communication skills.
Investigate and resolve problems through different mediums/ channels (Phone calls, Email or chats). You will successfully resolve Issues/ Query from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems. You will proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
Engage with team members for support as required to ensure customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) demands are met. Manage customer pipelines efficiently and build excellent relationships with the customers. Escalate the issue to managers whenever required
Adhere to the data management processes & ensure that there is 100% data accuracy always Participate in daily & weekly meetings to update the progress & discuss issues, if any Learn and scale up on the latest technology skills sets required for the industry
