Any Technical Graduate (BE/ BCS/ BCA/ BSc (IT)) Freshers or Undergraduate candidates with 6 months of experience can apply. Highly Proficient in Computer Hardware, Networking and Software. Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and multi- tasking skills. Must be a good team player.
Voice support to small and medium enterprises and customers Hardware, Networking and Software Level Troubleshooting Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 24*7 shift environment
Roles & Responsibilities-
Troubleshooting/ Fixing desktops, portables and peripherals for small and medium business as well as consumers both US and Canada.
Real Time Technical Support. Excellent written/ phone etiquette skills. Good knowledge of Dell Products and peripherals. Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in resolving issues effecting customer satisfaction. High level of Initiative and extremely motivated. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
