Job Profile



We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst, who will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to Desktop, Printers, Laptops via remotely for one of our US healthcare clients.

Required Qualification:

Candidate should have minimum of 1 year experience in providing Enterprise support to international clients. Excellent communication skills and flexible to work in a 24/7 rotational shifts. Exceptional listening / email writing skill set.

Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve Level-1/2 issues for Enterprise users in an IT Service Operations environment via Phone, Email & Chat. Resolve technical problems with all Windows OS versions, Network Connectivity LAN/ WAN/ WI-Fi, Printers, Enterprise & Commercial Applications.

Working knowledge on Active Directory, VPN, Citrix,Microsoft Exchange & Web based Applications.
Must have strong ability to learn new technologies / support areas. Should have good knowledge in Microsoft Office. Strong knowledge in understanding the priority levels of a ticket and ability to take decisions with minimal supervision. Experience to initiate bridge calls with client base on critical / outages and revenue impacting issues.
